Established in December, 1977G as a Sole
Proprietorship changed into a Company as of 25th, August 99 ( 1419H ). CHAIRMAN: His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Al-Saud , The eldest son of His Majesty Late King Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. A pioneer businessman since early 1961 when he bought the Gellatly Hanky Marine Services of UK in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which was named as Arabian Establishment for Trade & Shipping. in 1962. (One of our sister Companies ). |
